By downloading, installing, or using DottedDuo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the app.

These terms apply to all users of DottedDuo, including both partners in a paired account.

You need to create an account to use DottedDuo. Please use accurate information and keep your password safe — we can't recover it for you.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else is using it, contact us immediately at support@dottedduo.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use DottedDuo.

You own everything you create in DottedDuo — your tasks, doodles, notes, and all that cute stuff. We don't claim ownership over any of it.

By using the app, you give us permission to store and display your content to you and your paired partner. We won't share it with anyone else.

Please keep your doodles and content appropriate. Don't use DottedDuo to share anything illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights.

Use DottedDuo for personal, non-commercial purposes to manage tasks, send doodles, and plan with your partner.

Pair with one partner at a time using our pairing system.

Export or delete your data at any time from the app settings.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of DottedDuo.

Use the app to harass, spam, or harm others.

Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give you notice first, but serious violations may result in immediate action.

We can update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give you a heads up for major changes.

We reserve the right to update these terms. We'll notify you via the app or email when we make meaningful changes.

DottedDuo is free to use with core features. Some premium features may require a subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

DottedDuo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the app will always be perfect.

We're not responsible for any disputes between partners that arise from using the app. (But we hope you'll use DottedDuo to resolve them with a cute doodle!)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DottedDuo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
